Following the merger with Baverstock, we now have 99% of our flagship BNG asset under our direct control and be, except for monies owed to local oil traders, debt free.

The merger with Baverstock represents a major milestone in the Group’s development as we are now free to develop BNG at a pace that suits Caspian Sunrise shareholders.
